William L. Cunningham, President

William (Bill) L. Cunningham is the president of Cunningham Development Company, Inc., a Los Angeles-based realty development and property management company. Founded in 1988, Cunningham Development Company, Inc. has been the lead investor, developer, and operator in numerous multi-million dollar projects. The company has developed and managed projects throughout southern California including extensive activity in Los Angeles. The company has affiliated real estate development activities in Texas.

The company’s relationships have included capital sources such as JP Morgan, Citibank, and a variety of private equity sources. Tenant relationships include Starbucks, Burger King, and U.S. Government. Bill was an innovator in co-branding concepts including the MicroMall© shopping center format.

Bill is also founder of the Lucy’s ® Laundromat brand that included co-branding arrangements with Starbucks, Burger King, Blockbuster Video, Subway, and Wells Fargo Bank.

Bill is a Southern California native, married, and comes from family of 13 siblings, over 30 nieces and nephews, and, happily, grandnieces and grandnephews. Bill serves on two high-profile Los Angeles-based charity boards.
